Wren is a very loving and loyal dog! She is about 36lbs and a little bigger than a beagle but with the same precious face. She gets a little anxious when meeting new people or when she is left alone for too long but will easily warm up to anyone who shows her attention. Wren is potty and crate trained and prefers to be in her crate while her owners are at work or not at home so she won’t get into trouble.
She loves to get ALL the attention so she would be best in a home with no pets unless the owner is willing to be patient with her so she can learn to share the love. She has never run after another dog aggressively but has growled when the other dog is getting attention and she is not. I am not sure how she is around children because I do not have any of my own.
She walks on a leash very well and knows how to “sit”. I actually adopted her from the shelter in June of 2020 and having to re-home her is one of the hardest things I have ever done. I never thought it would come to this… Unfortunately, we had to leave our home for family reasons and had to move back in with my mother. However, she is extremely allergic to Wren and cannot have her inside unless to be in her crate. If she stays outside for too long, she will dig herself out. I personally believe dogs should be kept inside a majority of the time. I have done everything I can to prevent this, but I have no other option at this point. I am willing to keep her until we can find her a good loving home.
She will come with her crate, bed, food, toys, everything she could possibly need and more for her new home!
